  • Newsletter Subscriptions: Until you unsubscribe
  • Usage Data: 24 months for analytics purposes
  • Tournament Records: Indefinitely for historical reference (anonymized after account deletion)
  • Legal Compliance: As required by law (typically 7 years for financial records)

8. International Data Transfers

Data Location: Ranktria is operated from India. Your information may be stored and processed in India or other countries where our service providers operate.

Safeguards: When transferring data internationally, we ensure adequate protection through:

  • Contracts with service providers that include data protection obligations
  • Compliance with applicable data transfer frameworks
  • Encryption and security measures during transfer

Ranktria is not directed to individuals under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers include "Do Not Track" (DNT) features. Currently, there is no industry standard for how to respond to DNT signals. Ranktria does not currently respond to DNT browser signals, but you can control cookies through browser settings.
